REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Refunds/Cancellations
Bullseye Custom Autos does not accept refunds or cancellations after 24 hours since each order is custom made. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase. After the initial 24 hours following your order being placed, we cannot accept any cancellations as your build has been processed and either products have been ordered or already started on. Refunds can take 2-10 days to process depending on how order was placed.

If, due to some extenuating circumstance, we make an exception and agree to cancel your order after the initial 24 hour post-order time frame, Bullseye Custom Autos reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.

Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any customized and/or custom-made products. There are no refunds on these products due to the fact that we have a warranty and will fix the issue and/or send a replacement(s) if there are issues. Please contact us directly for warranty requests.


Restocking fee and return shipping for non-customized items:
Customers have 2 product return options: 1) Exchange product for another of equal or greater value or 2) Return the product and incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any incurred if delivery is attempted without success or the product is refused at the time of delivery. Items must be returned within 15 days from receipt otherwise the product will no longer be accepted and no refund will be given.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate course of action as quickly as possible. If a product is damaged due to the shipping carrier's mishandling of the item, we are not liable for the damage charges. With this being said, we will work with the shipping company to determine what will need to be done in order for your satisfaction.

Core Exchanges (Bullseye supplied cores so no customer down time):
Customer has 10 Business days to send factory cores back upon receiving their build. After 10 business days the core charge is used to purchase new cores so we can continue to offer exchanges.

Our lead times, completion times and order arrival dates are approximate due to many outside factors that may impact the arrival of your order.

Build/Lead Times
Custom products can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks for completion. Our lead/completion times are approximate. Build times vary based on the type and difficulty of the build as well as component/part availability at the time your order is placed. We cannot issue refunds due to long wait times on certain products unless it is within the initial 24 hour cancellation window after you placed the order.
